Eileen was the perfect server. I just came from the dr with bad news. She noticed there was something was wrong never even knowing me. She listened to me and with her insight she made me feel better. The food tasted so much better and maybe it wasn't as much as the food but the person who served it. If anyone out there is down and needs an up come see Eileen at Sally's Diner in Castleberry and leave full and good spirits.
This was our first time in and we will definitely be back. They have the best grits that I’ve ever had. Eileen took care of us and was so polite.
This is THEE BEST little quiet mom n pop diner spot in town. Amazing food always fresh and old school made. Great Wait staff. Just homey feeling. Love it.

A very traditional dinner specializing in breakfast and lunch. No frills atmosphere and decor. A bit out dated, to say the least. Service and food quality is superb. We had the regular as well as the vegetarian version of Eggs Benedicts. Both were delicious. The price was more than fair for the portion size.
I stepped in to get some work done with my partner after we realized the coffee place next door was not open. Robin took care of us and made me smile for more than just the coffee. Thank you Robin ! and Thank you Sally's Diner for being available and welcoming- get the grits
Great place. Food is excellent and they cater to my dietary needs. People are really friendly and aim to please. In fact, the chef actually came out to see how we enjoyed our meals and shared some time. Really fantastic! Clean restaurant. Wide variety of food option and you can eat healthy there. Highly recommended and I will be back with my family.
I highly recommend Sally’s! We had the griddlecakes (pancakes), Greek omelet, and eggs Benedict—all were delicious. Their world-famous turkey was also a standout. The place has a classic old-fashioned diner feel, with an older crowd and lots of locals/regulars, but if you’re open to it, you’ll love it. Our waitress, Sherell, was amazing—attentive and sweet. Definitely a great spot for a good breakfast!
